On Wednesday, October 22 from 12-2pm Pozhet is hosting an event which looks at the latest science findings about HIV that emerged from the recent AIDS 2014 Conference in Melbourne.
Come along if you want to know more about:
- The latest findings about HIV vaccines and progress in finding a cure for HIV
- The effects of HIV on the brain as we get older
- An update on the newest treatments that are available for positive people.
We will be serving lunch at the session. It is also an opportunity to be social and catch up with other people living with HIV.
The presentations will also be recorded and uploaded onto the Pozhet website so that those that can’t make it can watch at home. For those attending, don’t worry, we will be sure not to include you in the recording, we know your privacy is important!
