The Pozhet Annual Workshop is on 29 November. People living in regional and rural NSW can apply for an accommodation scholarship for 2 nights accomodation in Central Sydney. Travel will have to be covered by the individuals themselves.

This Workshop is an opportunity for heterosexual men and women and their partners from around NSW to come together and discuss relevant topics, including relationships, disclosure and treatments.
The day includes a panel of both peer and clinical experts where people with lived experience and those with experience working in the area of HIV, come together to answer questions and provide information, support and helpful tips about a variety of topics. The day provides opportunities to share experiences and to learn from others and also includes separate groups for men, women and partners.
Regional Scholarships
Heterosexual people, particularly those who live in regional NSW can be very isolated both geographically and socially. Pozhet provides scholarships for regional people to attend this Workshop. The scholarships include accommodation for 2 nights (November 28th and 29th ) and enable people to attend the Saturday workshop and to attend social activities in the evening.
Applications for scholarships close on the 24th October and people will be notified by the 28th if they have been successful. People who are accepted for scholarships will need to organise their own travel. Early acceptance of applications can be organised for people who need to organise and confirm travel for longer distances.
